Jodi Costa Rica Adventure Aug 8th - Aug 13th

Day 1 --- Arrive & Drive to Central Pacific (Cuna del Angel or La Cusinga)
Zipline

Today you will arrive and be met by your private bilingual guide and driver. We will make the drive to the Central Pacific where you will be staying in one of two places.  A unique style of lodging for this area in an ecolodge, called La Cusinga. This hotel has without question what we know as the best views in all of Costa Rica but it is anecolodge which means no A/C, no TV's, but still a splash of luxury and you hardly miss the A/C as the evenings are cooler.

The other option is the Cuna del Angel which is a small luxurious boutique hotel which offers some of the best meals you will find anywhere. Both of these places are located at the coast but we will be doing activities that are not beach related while staying here. (Meals: None)

Day 2 --- Zipline & Sunset Horseback (Cuna del Angel)
Cuna del Angel

Today we will be ziplining through the rainforest. The zipline in the southern Pacific region is home to some of the most breath taking views you will find as you can see the entire Pacific coastline of Costa Rica while zipping through the canopy. We also like this zipline and we're sure your boys will too, because it offers a tree rappel and aTarzan swing which is a little extra adrenaline rush.

Rappel at the Cave
In the afternoon we will take you to one of our favorite little swim holes where you will have the chance to swing on a rope swing and drop into the pool.

Before dinner we'll do a sunset horseback ride. This ride starts in a small reserve and then we make our way out to a completely deserted beach to take in the sunset with just our group and the horses! (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 3 --- Enter Cave & Rappel Waterfall (Sleep Behind Waterfall)

Today we will do one of our top adventures. We'll make the one hour hike up to one of the most unique and beautiful spots on Earth. This hike  is tough but we take our time and it is well worth it as we make our way to the land of the waterfalls.

When we reach the top we will gear everyone up and rappel a 120ft waterfall.

After the rappel we will do a short hike to watch the sunset on top of Costa Rica's tallest waterfall. This is the Diamante Falls. Here you will watch the sun drop over the Pacific while being surrounded by waterfalls and lushrainforest.

Casa Turire - See you there Jodi!
Everything is provided in the cavern for meals, sleeping, and there's private baths & showers. You are literally sleeping behind three waterfalls with a natural sleeping machine for a most restful night! (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)

Day 4 --- Travel to Turrialba (Casa Turire)

Today we will hike to the top and splash around different pools. The kids can even jump off a 15ft waterfall into a pool before we make our way back to the transportation where we will drive on one of the most scenic roads in all of Central America. This ride literally divides Costa Rica and cruises along at it's highest point of 10,000ft offering a chance to see the Pacific and Caribbean on both sides.

We will arrive to the Casa Turire Hotel which is one of our favorites and you will have great views of the TurrialbaVolcano and it's smokin' top. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

Raft Pacuare
Day 5 --- Raft Pacuare (Casa Turire)

Today we will raft what National Geographic has listed as one of the top most scenic rivers in the world. This is a great day of rafting as we make our way down on a private trip at our own pace hiking to different waterfalls and enjoying the canyons and the lush scenery from start to finish. Your river guides will turn into river chefs and prepare a lunch for you right on the banks of the Pacuare

When we finish we will head back to the Casa Turire to spend your last night reminiscing about an amazing CostaRican Adventure! (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

Day 6 --- Fly Home!

Rio Celeste

The month of March is the heart of the dry season and allows us to operate one of the most unique nature hikes you can imagine. You won't believe it when you are standing in front of it but the Rio Celeste is a hike through a sky blue river offering a chance to relax in "real" natural hotsprings and see one of the planets most enchanting waterfalls. The river has a neon sky blue look to it due to the different minerals fed by the Volcano Tenorio where the river begins.
